Ingredients For creamy yogurt cups

  • 1 pkg
    (4 serving size) jell-o brand sugar free gelatin, any flavor
  • 3/4 c
    boiling water
  • 1/2 c
    cold water
  • ice cubes
  • 1 pkg
    (8 ounces) vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla optional

How To Make creamy yogurt cups

  • 1
    Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1 cup and add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove unmelted ice.

    Site in yogurt and vanilla.

    Pour into individual dishes. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
