Ingredients For cobbler on the grill

  • 3 c
    frozen fruit
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1/3 c
    walnut pieces
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk

How To Make cobbler on the grill

    Thaw fruit if frozen. In a medium saucepan, combine fruit, sugar and cornstarch. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Keep hot.

    For topping, mix biscuit mix, walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in milk until moistened. Transfer hot fruit to 8x8 foil or metal pan. Spoon topping into mounds on fruit filling.

    Place pan in center of grill for 20-25 minutes or until topping is lightly golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
