Found this in an old cookbook. I don't even think the book was from Arkansas, but who knows.

Ingredients For arkansas pudding

  • 1
    egg
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c
    chopped apples
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make arkansas pudding

  • 1
    Bake in greased pie pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
