Ingredients For a little dessert

  • 1 c
    youghurt
  • 100 ml
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    shredded lemon rind
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 md
    orange
  • 50 g
    pistachios
  • 1 sprig
    mint

How To Make a little dessert

    Mix in a bowl,youghurt,sour cream,lemon juice,lemon peel,sugar.

    Wash,peel and slice the orange.

    Pour the mixture in a tall glass,and chill in the fridge.

    When you serve,put orange slices,minced and peeled,pistachios and mint sprig.
