three-ingredient raspberry tart

Do you have some Trefoils Shortbread Cookies or Girl Scout Shortbread and want to be creative with them. This simple pie is very easy and delicious calling for only three ingredients. If you are not fond of raspberry jam, any jam could be substituted. Quick and easy for company!

Ingredients For three-ingredient raspberry tart

  • 9 oz
    box trefoils shortbread cookies (girl scout shortbread cookies)
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened (do not substitute)
  • 1/2 c
    raspberry jam
  • powdered sugar for dusting

How To Make three-ingredient raspberry tart

  • 1
    350 degree oven. Put cookies in food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture comes together. Press into a tart shell and bake for 10 minutes or until slightly firm and browned. Let cool.

    Spread the raspberry jam into the tart shell; sprinkle with a dusting of powdered sugar and serve.

    This can be made with not only Raspberry jam, but Peach, Blueberry, Blackberry, etc. and is very good! ENJOY!
