  Note: You can double the ingredients to make up a bunch. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Using your mixer, beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans and coat well.

  Spray a baking sheet with Pam. Place close together in a line on the baking sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.

  Turn off oven and crack oven door. Let set in oven for 30 minutes longer. Store in air tight container.
