Ingredients For spinach ice cream

• 2-3

  frozen bananas,as ripe as possible
• 2-3 dash

  of peppermint extract
• 1/16 tsp

  salt
• 1/4 c

  or more frozen spinach,drained
• if you dont like spinach you can sub for food green food coloring or omit completely.
• 2 Tbsp

  milk of your choice
• chocolate chips or cacao nibs
