This is something fun to do on a snowy day. We have lots of them. Your kids will love it and so will you!

Ingredients For snow ice cream

  • 5 c
    fresh, clean snow
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make snow ice cream

    Go outside and collect 5 cups of fresh CLEAN snow. Don't pack the snow, just scoop it up and put it in a big bowl. Bring it inside and set it in the freezer while you prepare the other ingredients.

    Mix together the milk, vanilla and the sugar. Stir this mixture until the sugar is dissolved .

    Slowly add the snow to the mixture, stirring constantly until it is as thick as ice cream.
