Ingredients For scottish shortbread

2 call purpose flour

1 cbutter, softened

1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspbaking powder
How To Make scottish shortbread

1Measure all ingredients into a bowl and mix well, scraping bowl with a rubber spatula.

2Pat dough into a 9x9 pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

3Cut when warm.
