practically illegal pecan bites

This recipe was originally from an old Company's Coming cookbook. We have had the recipe in the family for years. I decided to make it again, because my daughter is eating without gluten, and this will be an amazing treat for her. I wish I had videoed my husband's first bite of this treat. He gasped with delight! I can't believe the flavour that comes from such a simple combination! Don't taste them while they are hot because the moist centre can give you a bad burn. Let them dry a bit before storing the bites in a tin. http://www.getabiggerwagon.com/blog/posts/pecan_bites.html
