easy cake mix bars
This recipe is quick and easy and the variations are boundless. Try different flavors of cake and additions. I have used strawberry cake mix and instead of chocolate chips used fresh strawberries. I have also made the butter pecan cake mix with pecans instead of chocolate chips. Both equally as good.

1 boxcake mix any flavor. i used chocolate fudge

8 ozcream cheese softened

1/4 cbutter softened

1 lgegg

1 tspvanilla

1 bagchocolate chips
How To Make easy cake mix bars

1Preheat oven 375 degrees. Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add egg and mi well. Add vanilla. stir.

2Beat in the cake mix a little at a time. The mixture will be sticky. Stir in chocolate chips.

3Press into greased 9 by 13 pan. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes until done.

4Can also drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and make cookies
