Ingredients For ~ cinnamon ball cookies ~ so easy

  • 1 stick
    softened, butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1 c
    each - flour & fine chopped pecans
  • CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE
  • about
    1tablespoon cinnamon & 3 tablespoons sugar - i don't measure, so make as you like

How To Make ~ cinnamon ball cookies ~ so easy

    Preheat oven to 375 degree F. In a medium bowl, cream butter, beat in flour and confectioners' sugar. Now, beat on pecans. The mix will look crumbly.

    I pinch enough out of the bowl, to make a ball about the size of a large marble. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet.

    Bake for 10 minutes, then carefully roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. These are tender cookies, so be careful coating them. Don't squeeze hard on them.

    Place on racks to cool. Enjoy, so yummy!
