How To Make drunken cherriers

1STEP ONE: DRAIN AND SAVE THE THREE JARS CHERRIES. SAVE THE JUICE. YOU WILL NEED 1/4 CUP OF THE JUICE.

2PLACE CHERRIES IN THE QUART SIZE CANNING JAR. PLACE THE 1/4 CUP JUICE IN THE JAR, COVER WITH EVERCLEAR. SEAL TIGHT PLACE IN COOL DARK PLACE FOR 30 DAYS. TURN JAR UPSIDE DOWN EVERYDAY FOR FIVE DAYS.

3TO MAKE THE DRUNKIN CHERRIES, YOU NEED TO REMOVE 25 OF THE CHERRIES FROM THE MOONSHINE. KEEP THE SHINE TO DRINK OR COOK WITH. DRAIN CHERRIES ON PAPERTOWEL.

4MELT CANDY CHOCOLATE TILL SMOOTH, DIP EACH CHERRY INTO THE CHOCOLATE AND LET DRAIN ON WIRE RACK, RE-DIP TO DOUBLE COAT AND DRAIN. PLACE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER IN FRIDGE.
