One of my all-time favorite cakes. Delicious and a pretty presentational cake.

Ingredients For chunky chocolate, peanut butter cake

  • 1 box
    chocolate cake mix and cake mix ingredients
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened, i used reduced fat
  • 1/2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips, i used dark chocolate
  • 1 c
    mini reeses peanut butter cups, halved

How To Make chunky chocolate, peanut butter cake

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, mix cake mix as directed, pour into pan.

    In microwave bowl, microwave butter until melted. Pour into a lg bowl. Beat butter and cream cheese. Beat in peanut butter and vanilla until fluffy.

    Place spoonfuls of mix onto cake in 1"-intervals. Sprinkle w/ chocolate chips and reeses candies. Bake about 45 mins. Center will be slightly jiggly.
