I have no idea how these cookies got their name, but they taste a lot like coconut macaroon cookies. They are a favorite of my best friend, Scooter.

How To Make viet nam cookies

1Mix and cook sugar, milk, and margarine slowly for 8 - 10 minutes.

2Add the remaining ingredients and stir.

3Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
