yellow cake mix
1 tsp

cinnamon
1 tsp

nutmeg
1 c

canned solid pack pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/4 c

butter, softened
1/2 c

raisins, if desired

container vanilla ready-to-spread frosting

How To Make spicy pumpkin cookies

Heat oven to 375 degrees F Stir cake mix (dry), cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Mix in canned pumpkin and butter until well blended. Stir in raisins. Drop dough by generous tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto cookie sheet.

Bake 11 to 12 minutes or until set and light golden brown around edges. Cool 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Top with frosting.
