you can use any cake mix, just add 2 eggs 1/3 c vegetable oil and anything else that will make the cookies extra flavorful...nuts, chocolate bits, brown sugar, pecans, old fashioned oats...etc.

1 store bought cake mix of your choice-spice is mine

2 whole eggs

1/3 c vegetable oil, 1/4 c brown sugar

1 c old fashioned oats

3/4 c chopped walnuts

1/2 c chopped raisins
How To Make spice cake cookies

1add mix to a bowl,eggs and oil....I am using a spice cake mix for these cookies...1/4 c brown sugar, cup of oats, 3/4 c chopped walnuts, 1/2 c chopped raisins......mix well, drop by tsp. full or cookie scoop on ungreased cookie sheet...Bake @350 degrees for 10-13 minutes depending on your oven....always a big hit. I also use the yellow butter mix chocolate bits & chopped walnuts...great chocolate chip cookies in a snap...bake the same length of time at the same temp. ENJOY!!
