This is a quick and delicious cookie recipe from my husband's family. Everyone loves them and they are SO good warm. My husband actually eats them right out of the oven!!

Ingredients For quincy cookies

1/2 c

butter
1/2 c

sugar
3/4 c

all purpose flour
1

egg
1 tsp

vanilla extract
1 c

chopped nuts ( i use pecans)

How To Make quincy cookies

Cream sugar and butter with electric mixer until really creamy. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Take up while hot.
