Lots of steps but really came out well. Not sure the origination of the recipe. You can substitute margarine for butter

Ingredients For pumpkin pie squares
- CRUST

1 cflour
-
1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1/2 coats
-
1/2 cbutter, melted
- FILLING

2 can15 oz pumpkin
-
2 canevaporated milk
-
4eggs
-
1 1/2 csugar
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspground ginger
-
1/2 tspground cloves
-
1 tspsalt
- TOPPING

1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1/2 canchopped pecans or walnuts

2 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make pumpkin pie squares

1Combine the crust ingredients until crumbly; press into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

2beat filling ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth; pour over crust. Bake for 45 minutes.

3Combine brown sugar, pecans/walnuts and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

4Cool. Store in the refrigerator.
