These are delicious cookies. Even kids who were skeptical when they heard the word "pumpkin" enjoyed them. They are a nice, soft cookie with a cake-like consistency. * This recipe is easily halved *

Ingredients For pumpkin chocolate chip cookies

    pumpkin
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 4 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 4 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    oil
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 6 oz
    chocolate chips
