Ingredients For pizzelle cookies

  • 2/3 c
    white sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    lemon extract
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar

How To Make pizzelle cookies

    Mix ingredients in order given.

    Drop by teaspoon onto hot Pizzelle griddle. Keep a close eye they overcook very easily

    Remove from iron and sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar.

    Let cool and store in air tight container.
