2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 cshortening

1 stickmargarine

1/4 csugar

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 boxpistachio instant pudding

1 tspvanilla

2eggs
How To Make pistachio cookies

1Mix flour and baking soda and set aside. Cream together: shortening, margarine, sugars, pudding, and vanilla. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.(I use parchment paper). Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
