1/2 cbutter softened

1 cfinely chopped pecans (i usually put them in a blender).

How To Make pecan butter balls

1Mix all ingredients (I put everything in a big bowl and use my hands). Do not put confectionary sugar in. Shape into 1" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake on 325 degrees for about 20 minutes until set but not brown. Cool on wire rack and roll in confectionary sugar when cool.
