These have got to be the easiest recipe for peanut butter cookies EVER!! The cake mix in this recipe makes for whipping these up in record time!

Ingredients For peanut butter cookies (super easy)

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix (duncan hines)
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy

How To Make peanut butter cookies (super easy)

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350^. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Roll dough into 2" balls and flatten criss-cross fashion with dinner fork dipped in granulated sugar. Place on prepared sheets 2" apart and bake 10-12 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Store in airtight container. Yield: 4-5 dozen
