My daughter wanted peanut butter cookies and my boyfriend wanted chocolate chip cookies so this is what i came up with

Ingredients For peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

1/2 cshortening

1 cpeanut butter

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 csugar
-
2eggs
-
2 1/2 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspvanilla extract

1 pkgchocolate chips
How To Make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

1Preheat oven to 375

2Cream the butter, shortening and peanut butter together

3Add about half of the flour, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla and baking soda. mix really well

4Add the rest of the flour and mix. Then add the chocolate chips

5Place the dough 2 inches apart on a non greased cookie sheet

6Bake for about 8 minutes or till edges are golden brown
