What an awesome cookie this is! They do taste like orange creamsicles. Very easy to make, When baking, leave them in a rounded form, don't pat them down.

Ingredients For orange creamsicle cookies

  • 2 1/2 c
    all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange zest
  • 2 c
    white chocolate morsels

How To Make orange creamsicle cookies

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and creamy. Add egg, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Blend until smooth.

    Gradually add the flour mixture until well blended.

    Add the orange zest and white chocolate morsels.

    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake for 9 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
