Ingredients For oatmeal cookies

CREAM

brown sugar
1 c

shortening
ADD

well beaten eggs
1 tsp

vanilla
1 tsp

baking soda dissolved in 1/4 c. boiling water
ADD
2 c

oatmeal
2 c

flour

How To Make oatmeal cookies

Mix well and drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet

Bake at 375 until light brown.
