Actually , my daughter gave me this recipe and they are so very good. They stay soft and moist for days....well, I think they would for days , but they never last that long...lol. I use cheesecake flavored instant pudding , but vanilla is very good too...either way, Give em a try ...think you will like them :)

Ingredients For my mom's chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c
    white sugar
  • 1 (3.5) oz
    package instant vanilla pudding mix ( i use cheesecake pudding mix)
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    semisweet chocolate chips

How To Make my mom's chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

    In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been sprayed very lightly with non-stick spray. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned

    Remove from baking sheets onto cooling racks or waxed paper.....enjoy :)
