These are made from a cake mix and are very easy and yummy lemon cookies.

Ingredients For lemon cookies

  • 1
    lemon cake mix
  • 1 c
    rice krispies
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1
    egg

How To Make lemon cookies

  • 1
    Mix cake mix and cereal together. Stir in egg and butter until it come together.

    Roll into 1 inch balls and place 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet.

    Bake 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven
