I needed a new Christmas cookie so I was talking to a friend and she came up with this recipe she had and its so good. Also I may add that its very easy and you can adapt it to different cakes, say choc cake and add small chips.The possibilities are endless for these. They are so delicous. Ingredients For lemon cake cookies

1 box lemon cake mix

1 stick of butter melted

1 egg beaten

1 cup rice krispies

1 tab lemon juice-sm amt lemon peel
How To Make lemon cake cookies

1Mix all this together, it will look like cookie dough. roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. I use a silpat on the cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Take out and roll in Powdered Sugar I bake for 8-10 min There so good
