1 cbutter,softened (2 sticks)

1 pkgcream cheese, room temperature (8oz pkg)

1 csugar

2egg yolks

1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

How To Make cream cheese cookies

1Cream together butter and cream cheese, using a electric mixer; add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Add flour, stirring 1/2 cup at a time. Chill dough for 30 minutes.

2Preheat oven to 350. and grease one or more cookie sheets. Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick; cut with cookie cutters. Place cookies on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and serve.
