Ingredients For cowboy cookies in a mason jar

1-1/3 cgluten free rolled oats

1/2 cpacked brown sugar

1/2 cwhite sugar (or substitute)

1/2 cchopped pecan's

1 csemisweet chocolate chips

1-1/3 cgluten free flour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/4 tspsalt
How To Make cowboy cookies in a mason jar

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease cookie sheets. In a medium bowl, add dry Ingredient's whisk until well blended.

2In another Bowl mix 1/4 cup water, 2/3 cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. (It’s supposed to be thick!)

3Shape into walnut-sized balls or scoop with a cookie scoop of your choice of size and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.

4Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Enjoy!
