I love quick and easy recipes! This would be great for kids as they can mix it with their hands. I remember as a kid I loved to mix everything with my hands! Very yummy shortbread!

Ingredients For country shortbread cookies

  • 1 c
    butter softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 1/2 c
    flour

How To Make country shortbread cookies

  • 1
    Mix butter and sugar with your hands. Again, with your hands, mix in the flour. Make into a ball and chill for 15 minutes. Roll out to 1/3 inch thickness. Cut into two inch circles or any other desire shape. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes.
