My Momused to make these no bake cookies for after-school snakes. She got the recipe from the back of a cereal box when I was a small child so that was a LITTLE while ago!! TeeHee!

Ingredients For cornflake cookies

  • 16 oz
    butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter, a good brand!
  • 3 1/2 c
    corn flakes
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling lightly

How To Make cornflake cookies

  • 1
    Melt chips and peaut butter in double boiler. (Or to modernize (!) melt in glass bowl in microwave on high for about 1 1/2 minutes.)
  • 2
    Add cornflakes. Drop by teasppoonfuls onto waxed paper. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
