I love these cookies. I make them with spice drops however you can use any kind of gum drops you would like.

Ingredients For confetti cookies (gumdrop cookies)

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    shortening
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • CREAM THESE INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 1/3 c
    all purpose flour
  • FOLD IN
  • 1 c
    gumdrops (or more if you like~i use spice drops)
  • 1 c
    nuts (optional)

How To Make confetti cookies (gumdrop cookies)

    I usually cut the gumdrops or spice drops in halves.Drop onto greased cookie sheets or parchment paper cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
