This cookie recipe was my great-grand mothers. Each Christmas when I'm rolling these out memories of her come to mind. A delicious crisp cookie.

Ingredients For christmas coconut cookies

1 lb

coconut
2 3/4 c

sugar

eggs
1 lb

butter
1/2 c

milk
7 c

flour
3 tsp

baking powder

How To Make christmas coconut cookies

Mix butter, sugar and egg. Add milk, then flour and baking powder. Mix in coconut. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll thin and cut in circle shape. Sprinkle lightly with sugar (color sugar for holidays). Bake 350 degrees until golden edges.
