Ingredients For butter, butter cookies

1 c

real butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c

white sugar
1

egg
1 tsp

almond extract
2 1/3 c

all purpose flour

How To Make butter, butter cookies

Cream butter & beat well until light & fluffy. Beat in egg and almond extract. Gradually blend in flour. Fill cookie gun with 1/4 dough & make cookies. Bake 350 degrees 8-10 minutes. (Or roll into walnut sized balls and flatten with a fork dipped in white sugar.) Bake as same above.
