So yummy and great memories of my Aunt Louise making these as a kid at Christmas!

Ingredients For aunt louise's butterscotch cookies

  • 2 c
    butterscotch chips
  • 1 Tbsp
    peanut butter (chunky or plain)
  • 1 can
    chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 c
    chopped peanuts
  • 1 c
    mini marshmallows

How To Make aunt louise's butterscotch cookies

  • 1
    Melt chips and peanut butter. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. I'm going to try adding coconut!
