Yep takes 3 ingredients and so easy, this is the recipe that got my youngest hooked on making cookies. She now even bakes more "difficult" ones.

sugar (for coating cookies if desired)
How To Make 1 2 3 peanut butter cookies

1Simple as 1,2,3. Mix above ingredients shape into balls, roll in sugar if desired, flatten with fork cris crossing marks, place on cookie sheet bake 8-11 min in pre-heated 350 degree oven. ALSO *yummy tip right when you take out press hershey kiss on top ;)
