Ingredients For warm white chocolate and triple berry parfait

  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 4 oz
    white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 c
    mixed berries, (raspberries, blackberries & blueberries)

How To Make warm white chocolate and triple berry parfait

    Place heavy cream, chocolate and vanilla in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds and stir until mixture is smooth.

    Scoop frozen yogurt into serving dishes. Top with berries and a drizzle of white chocolate sauce. Tip: Also great with a sprinkling of toasted sliced almonds.
