Ingredients For warm brownie pudding

1 boxfudge brownie mix

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
3 lgeggs
-
1/4 cwater
-
1 1/2 clight brown sugar (firmly packed)

3 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

1 1/3 cboiling water
-
ice cream or cool whip (if wanted)
How To Make warm brownie pudding

1Pre-heat oven to 350'F. Grease 2 9 in. square baking dishes

2Combine the brownie mix, oil, eggs and 1/4 cup water in a medium bowl. mix well about 1 min. divide the batter evenly between the prepared baking dishes

3Combine the brown sugar and cocoa in a small bowl. mix well. sprinkle half of the mixture evenly over the batter in both dishes

4Pour half of the boiling water on top of the brown sugar mixture in each dish. Bake the pudding until set, about 23-25 minutes. Serve with ice cream or cool-whip if wanted (i use mint-chocolate chip ice-cream. Yum)
