My favorite brownie recipe. I have made it for bake sales and they always go quick. I have double, trippled, and even quadrupled this recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients For quick brownies

1 c

sugar
3/4 c

sifted flour
6 Tbsp

cocoa powder
1/2 c

oil
1/2 tsp

salt
2 md

eggs, unbeaten
1/2 c

chopped pecans (opt)

ICING
2 Tbsp

margarine
1 Tbsp

cocoa powder
1 c

confectioners' sugar

milk

How To Make quick brownies

Combine all ingredients in one bowl, beating until batter is well mixed. Place in greased 8 inch square baking pan and bake at 30 degrees for 30 min.

For icing: Melt margarine in saucepan then stir in Cocoa until dissolved. Add other ingredients. May add a little more milk to make the right consistency.
