My stepmother and the grandmother to my three kids made this during the holidays. The kids always ask for Grandma's candy to this day and their kids ask for it too.

Ingredients For grandma's microwave candy

  • 11 1/20Z
    butterscotch chips
  • 6oz
    milk chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 C
    dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 C
    pringles crushed

How To Make grandma's microwave candy

    crush pringles in a zip lock bag using your rolling pin
  • 2
    microwave the butterscotch and chocolate chips in large mixing bowl 2-4 minutes ~ stir until completely melted ~ add the crushed pringles stirring to mix well along with the peanuts
  • 3
    drop onto wax paper in small balls or make them large...they will harden as the chocolate cools these freeze very well, it's almost April and I still have a bowl full in the freezer
