easy cream cheese brownies

I added brewed coffee to give them a more dense taste, but you can omit it.

Ingredients For easy cream cheese brownies

  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    brewed coffee
  • 1/3 c
    semisweet chocolate chips
  • 5 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3
    eggs
  • 4 Tbsp
    cream cheese, softened
  • 2-1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    chopped almonds

How To Make easy cream cheese brownies

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In microwaveable bowl, microwave chocolate chips until melted. Pour into lg bowl.

    Pour in coffee, sugar, cream cheese and eggs. Stir in vanilla. Slowly ,ix in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in almonds.

    Pour into pan.Bake about 30 mins, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
