Ingredients For creamy fudge

1 1/2 c

sugar
2/3 c

evaporated milk
1 c

baker's chocolate flavor baking chips
1/2 c

marshmallow cream
1/2 c

chopped nuts (optional)
1/4 c

butter
1/2 tsp

vanilla

How To Make creamy fudge

Bring sugar and milk to a full boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and boil 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Add boiling sugar syrup; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.

Pour into greased 8" square pan. Chill; cut into squares. Makes about 1 1/2 lbs.
