A spoonful is a gift in a spoon like the gift in a jar only smaller. For those who have never made these there is a recipe in "Gifts from the pantry" and "gifts in a jar" as well as a discussion in both groups with how to make these. This one makes mousse. Here is another way to make this spoonful for the kids to enjoy. Chocolate dirt mousse - same as recipe but add a second mix with two crushed chocolate oreo cookie crumbs to put on top after making the mousse. You can evem add a worm or two wrapped in plastic wrap crawling up the spoon.

2 Tbspinstant chocolate pudding mix

2 tspnesquik chocolate drink mix
How To Make chocolate mousse spoonful or chocolate dirt mousse w/worms

1Mix ingredients together and put in plastic wrap and attach to a spoon, decorate it. For chocolate dirt mousse wrap two to three worms in plastic wrap These will be attached going up the spoon. and a second mix packet will be attached behind the first one. Lable the pudding mix #1 and the crushed cookie crumbs #2. attach a tag saying:

2Chocolate Mousse Needed items 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip thawed. Remove the decorated wrapper from the spoon, leaving the mix still attached to the spoon, set aside. put cool whip into a medium bowl and holding the spoon over the whipped cream clip the edge of the mix and pour into the topping. Mix very well. You can then transfer it back into the coolwhip container or into a decorative bowl and serve or refridgerate.

3Chocolate dirt Mousse Needed items 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip thawed. Remove the decorated wrapper from the spoon, leaving the two mixes still attached to the spoon, set aside. put cool whip into a medium bowl and holding the spoon over the whipped cream clip the edge of the mix labeled #1 and pour into the topping. Mix very well. You can then transfer it back into the coolwhip container or into a decorative bowl Then clip the mix labeled #2 and sprinkle over top, add the worms hanging over the side and serve or refridgerate.
