This is an old recipe, I use to make it when I first got out of college, (and let's not mention how long ago that was). It was among the very first "popular" recipes I made. Once I made it, it was requested a lot! I felt like Julia Child!!!!!

    strawberries, hulled & sliced
  • 3/4 c
    sliced almonds

    chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    chocolate sauce

How To Make brownie pizza

  • 1
For the crust: Prepare the brownie mix per package directions. Pour it onto a buttered (Pam spray will work) 11 inch pizza stone or pan. Bake at 350 degrees (or whatever the package says) for 20-25 minutes but be careful not to overbake. Remove and cool completely

White Chocolate Cream: Chop the chocolate bars and place in a medium bowl.Bring half the cream to a boil in a small saucepan and pour it over the chocolate whisking constantly until the chocolate has melted (If you chose to use Cool Whip, melt the chocolate in a double boiler and cool, then fold in the Cool Whip) Whip the remaining cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the chocolate cream mixture and spread on top of the crust.

Top with the remaining ingredients (drizzling the chocolate sauce across the top) NOTE: If you really are out to impress there is another step and a couple more ingredients which would be completed after topping the pizza with the fruit and other toppings. Here is an extra step which you can do if you'd like: 1/2-3/4 cup hulled strawberries, halved 1 Tablespoon Kirsch (or orange juice) 1 Tablespoon Confectioner's sugar Make a strawberry puree sauce by halved strawberries and Kirsch in a food processor or a blender. Add confectioner's sugar and process again to blend. Drizzle this over the top of the pizza, along with the chocolate sauce. (this can be omitted, but it is really delicious with this on!)

Chill for at least a half an hour prior to serving. Cut as you would a pizza (but in 16s)

Just a note: You can top this anyway you like, I have made it with caramel drizzled over the top rather than the strawberry puree. I also have used milk chocolate rather than the white and melted peanut butter to drizzle with the chocolate sauce too, that was good!!! So, make it your own and to suit your taste. ENJOY!!!!!
