This is a fast, easy & delicious fudge recipe! I've made it at Christmas time & for gifts.. friends and family LOVE it! :)

Ingredients For "to die for" fudge

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk
  • 7 oz
    marshmallow cream (1 jar)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    butter
  • 2 c
    morsels (see step #8 below)
  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed mix-ins (see step #8 below)

How To Make "to die for" fudge

  • 1
    Line a 13x9 pan with foil & butter foil.
  • 2
    Combine sugar, butter & milk in med saucepan; bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

    Boil & stir consistently for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • 4
    Stir in morsels, crème, & vanilla. Stir until completely blended.
  • 5
    Add ½ cup crushed *mix-in*, Stir again and pour into prepared pan.

    Sprinkle remaining 1 Cup of crushed *mix-in* evenly over top of fudge and gently press down to “set” into top.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm and cold. Lift foil from pan and remove from sides and bottom of fudge. Cut to desired size.

    *Mix-in* ideas: White Chocolate morsels + Crushed Oreos = Oreo Fudge White Chocolate morsels + Crushed Berry Burst Ice Cream Oreos = Strawberries & Cream Oreo Fudge Peanut Butter morsels + Crushed Butterfingers = Butterfinger Fudge Milk or Dark Chocolate morsels + Crushed Glazed Pecans = Praline Fudge Milk or Dark Chocolate morsels + Heath Toffee Bits = Heath Toffee Fudge You can omit the crushed *mix-in* for a straight chocolate fudge, or use chocolate & peanut butter or dark chocolate & white chocolate (made separately at the same time) and swirl them together! :)
