Shortly before we got married, we got this recipe from my friend from college Trish. She remains one of my special friends today. Like me, she loved to make a laboratory experiment out of the kitchen. Thanks Trish Randall. UPDATE: This is now REVISITED.

Ingredients For vanilla wafer cheesecake

1 box

vanilla wafers cookies, i use nilla wafers
2/3 c

sugar
3 md

eggs
1 tsp

vanilla
2 can

pie filling
3 pkg

cream cheese, 8 0z ea

How To Make vanilla wafer cheesecake

Cream sugar and cream together.

add eggs ONE AT A TIME, beat as you add in each egg.

Add Vanilla

Beat well again

Put Nilla wafers at the bottom

Fill with cream cheese mixture, top with pie filling

Bake for 15 mins at 350
