How To Make vanilla cupcakes recipe

Preheat oven to 350. Line cupcake tin with liners. Combine flour,sugar,b.p.,salt,shortening,milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well. Add egg whites and mix until smooth. Fill cupcake tins. Bake for 20 to 25 min. Cool 10 min., then once cooled completely frost.
